Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized individual for this entry level position with the motivation for advancement within the company.
Duties:
Our Maintenance Coordinator will oversee scheduling and remotely monitor our maintenance staff as well as outside vendors, conduct property inspections, process work orders and invoices. Coordinator will help facilitate the timely completion of vacant rental property turn overs as well as current tenant maintenance requests. This position is largely office based scheduling, data entry, and digital communication, with approximately 20% field work. This is not a fully comprehensive list of duties; however virtually all duties are rental property maintenance related. This position is not based at an apartment complex our rental properties are based throughout the Reno/Sparks area.
Requirements:
Applicants must be honest, reliable, efficient, organized and have excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills. Applicant does not need experience with maintenance. Our company will also provide formal training/licensing for advancement if desired.
